Seated atop the third-floor of our Flagship Building, Light Room is an open-concept co-working space built for members who work in design, editing, writing, and similarly individualized creative endeavors.
Private offices and general memberships starting at $195/mo.
General memberships are $195/mo, which includes parking (limited), kitchenette, (4) private phone booths, conference room, waterfront access, hand-built tables, and lounges. Semi-private, individualized, locking studios are $395/mo. This includes all of the above plus individual, permanent studio space.
