Artist studios and public commercial spaces occupy the largest footprint of our sizable campus. In total, our buildings house over fifty studios and storefronts ranging in size from 200SF to 2,300SF.
Our studios are priced with a gross leasing rate (GLR): this includes the traditional “rent”, plus utility services, fiber optic WiFi, maintenance, HVAC, inclusion in intermittent programming, applicable promotional support, and access to special events and workshops.

INTRODUCING
The Foreland Waterfront: a new f&b and retail center.
Now leasing mixed-use commercial spaces that have each exemplify top-end design and facilities within historic structures and footprints. Focused on food, beverage, retail, arts, and culture, these newly released public-facing spaces range in scale and aesthetic, and are connected by our Great Lawn and waterfront promenade.
The commercial spaces include an 1,800 square-foot storefront, a cafe space, a spectacular f&b space, and flexible retail opportunities all nestled along the water.
