A labor of love.
Artist studios and public commercial spaces occupy the largest footprint of our sizable campus. In total, our buildings house over forty studios and storefronts ranging in size from 200SF to 2,300SF.
The cast majority of our gross leasing rates include cutting-edge utility services, fiber optic WiFi, inclusion in intermittent programming, applicable promotional support, and access to special events and workshops.

Focused on food, beverage, retail, and culture, these newly released public-facing spaces range in scale and aesthetic, and are connected by our Great Lawn and waterfront promenade.
