Bookhouse Restaurant

The Bookhouse restaurant space presents an opportunity unlike any other in the Hudson River Valley: a stand-alone, 3,800 square foot restaurant with double-height ceilings, two-story lounge, and 360° views of the village, creek, and surrounding mountains. The space features hand-hewn slat ceilings, original exposed brick, a wraparound bar, custom lighting, and newly-installed modern amenities. A 1,000 square foot patio with private gardens and lawn nestled on Catskill Creek allow for outdoor dining and beverage programs.

Bookhouse Storefront

A gem within our Waterfront promenade, the Storefront is an 1,800 square foot storefront with potential for a bespoke, consumer brand, gallery, or public-facing workspace. The lounge has a dozen windows, white oak floors, private bath and HVAC. The space has street-side access for easy marketing and ADA compliance for all visitors.

Leasing Rate: $3,240/month, utilities are largely inclusive upon lease, and shared on-site parking. Tenant will pay their own utilities and CAM as applicable.
